Solar Hot Water System Description:

Exactly, INLIGHT glass-tube collector system is a large-scale solar water heating system that provides hot water from an array of glass-tube solar collectors.

 

It consists of a solar collecting system, a water storage system, a control system and a pump system. When hot water in glass-tube solar collector is 10 degrees higher than tank water temperature, the controller will start circulation pump to refill cold water from tank to the collector, the same time hot water in the collector will go back to the storage tank, when water temperature difference is lower than 3 degrees, circulation pump will stop.

 

If the tank water temperature does not reach the set value at the set time, auxiliary heating device will start to work till the total water in storage tank get heated as expected.

8. INLIGHT glass-tube collector system can be used in areas with subzero weather anti-freeze system design and pipeline insulation. When the water in collector pipeline is lower than set  value (such as 5 degrees ), controller will control circulation pump to feed hot water from tank to the collector pipeline, when water in collector pipeline is higher than set value (such as 10 degrees ), the pump will stop, in this way the collector pipeline is protected from freezing.

 

9. INLIGHT solar water heating system is designed with overheat protection, lightning protection, wind-resistance, reliability and safety.

 

10. Although INLIGHT glass-tube collector system is non-pressurized with a pressure pump in the hot water pipeline you can get fixed hot water pressure in every water taps.
