Solar Collector Manifold

Features description:

 

INLIGHT glass tube solar collector manifold is a kind of thermosiphon solar water heating device composed of glass vacuum tubes, non-pressurized manifold and supporting bracket. It works like a small tank non-pressurized solar water heater, cold water flows in to manifold then to every glass tubes, as water in the collector heats, it becomes lighter and rises naturally into the manifold above.

 

So, when cold water flows down into glass tubes the hot water in manifold will flow out from the collector outlet.

Since the collector is non-pressurized an air-vent device or pipe must be installed at top of collector loop, although that it is widely used in big solar water heating system because it has many advantages including:

 

1. Especially for large-scale hot water heating system, supplying hot water for apartments, hotels, restaurants, schools, hospitals, factories, swimming pools, and other places requiring large amount hot water use.

 

2. Very economical and of good performance for a 15 years lifespan

 

3. Adaptable to different architecture structure installation

 

4. Anti-freezing system with good insulation to the pipelines

 

5. Easy installation and connection of solar collectors and pipelines
